The builders in this website are identified by what they have actually done. An Emerald Builder has actually built a home that greatly exceeds the standards for a Nebraska Certified Green Home. A Gold Builder has built a Nebraska Certified Green Home. There are silver and bronze levels also. For those builders that have no designation they are recognized as having undertaken special education about green building but as of yet have not built a certified green home.
